‘PINTXO’: Octopus with a potato mix and allioli

Let’s start March with an amazing ‘pintxo‘ recipe: octopus with a potato mix🐙

You will enjoy an exceptional flavor of Espinaler octopus and also the different textures that we will use. We are sure that this recipe will in your tables! 🙌🏻

INGREDIENTS for 2 people:

· 1 Espinaler’s octopus in olive oil tin
· 4 Slices of bread
· 1 Cooked potato
· Tablespoons of paprika, allioli and Romesco sauce.

👉🏻 DIRECTIONS & PLATE UP

* How to prepare the potato mix:
🔺Boil the potato and put in a bowl without peal.
🔺And season it with paprika, Romesco sauce and Maldon salt.
🔺Smash it and mixt it all until acquiring an uniform mass. Leave it aside.

*How to finish the pintxo:
🔺Place the mixed potatoes in the base of bread and the slices of octopus over it.
🔺Garnish with garlic mayonnaise and season it with paprika.
