ESPINALER’s complet ‘pintxo’ (tapa)
We want to introduce the Espinaler’s complet ‘pintxo’. This is the pintxo version of our traditional ‘complet’ sandwich. It is ideal for brunchs or homemade dinners!

👉 How do we prepare this pintxo?
🔺 Cut the slice of bread and place the light tuna.
🔺 Then add two halfs of olive, the Piquillo pepper’s stripes and the anchovy fillet.
🔺 Add the anchovy fillets
🔺 Finally, put the chilli and the olive joined in a skewer.
